Cancellation, Refund, and Replacement Policy

Ebook Purchases

With the exception of duplicate purchases, ebooks are not eligible for refunds, as digital downloads are made available instantly upon purchase. Please reach out by responding to your order confirmation email within 48 hours for a duplicate purchase refund request. Please note that the refund amount does not include the merchant service processing fee (i.e., PayPal fees), as the merchant service does not refund these fees.

Print Books and Merchandise

Print book and merch orders may be cancelled for a refund before I have begun processing your order. If you need to cancel your order, you can respond to your order confirmation email. Please note that the refund amount does not include the merchant service processing fee (i.e., PayPal fees), as the merchant service does not refund these fees. If I have begun processing your order, I will not be able to offer a refund.

I do not offer exchanges or returns for size errors. All items from Printful are made to order, so a new item would have to be purchased in the correct size. Please use Printful’s sizing guides to determine the correct size before placing your order.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders placed more than 6 weeks prior to release may be cancelled within two weeks following the order date. Pre-orders placed less than 6 weeks prior to the release date may be cancelled if I have not begun processing the order. This does not apply to event pre-orders, which have their own refund policies on their listing pages. Please note that the refund amount does not include the merchant service processing fee (i.e., PayPal fees), as the merchant service does not refund these fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive your order and there is something amiss, please contact me immediately by responding to your order confirmation email. Do not throw away any of the original packaging, as it may be needed as evidence of damage/tampering. Throwing away the packaging prematurely may disqualify your order from refunds/replacements. I require photographic proof of damage to provide replacements.

I inspect every book for defects before shipping to ensure it is in pristine condition, however, please note that some minor damage is to be expected during shipping. While I include protective packaging in the boxes, I cannot guarantee that every order arrives as if fresh off the press. If your order is damaged by customs, please contact your local customs authority for reimbursment. Significantly damaged orders may be replaced if notice of damage is received within 72 hours of delivery confirmation. Undamaged parts of the order will not be replaced. For example, if your dust jacket is torn but the book is in good condition, I will only replace the dust jacket.

If your order is incorrect, please email me within 72 hours of delivery confirmation. Be prepared to provide photographic evidence of the errors, and do not throw away any of the packaging. If you receive the wrong books, I may ask you to ship them back to me at my expense. I will provide you with the return shipping label and instructions for the return.

Pre-Order Incentives or Bonus Goodies

I will not provide refunds or replacements if an order is missing pre-order incentives or bonus goodies, or if supplies run out. Incentives and bonus goodies are limited in quantity, provided free of charge and at my expense, and therefore lack a monetary value. For book orders that include incentives or bonus goodies, the price only covers the value of the book. Only products with a monterary value attached to them are eligible for refund/replacement.

Missing Orders

If your tracking has not updated for more than two weeks, please contact me by responding to your order confirmation email to report a missing order. I will begin a claim process with the shipping company and send a replacement.

If more than 30 days has passed since a tracking update or since your order was marked as delivered, I cannot offer refunds or replacement.

Changes in Shipping Address

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform me of any shipping address changes in a timely manner or to set up a mail forwarding service with their local post office. I will do my absolute best to accommodate changes in shipping address, however, I cannot offer refunds, replacements, or intercept packages that have been shipped to an outdated or incorrect address as provided by the buyer. If an order is shipped to an outdated or incorrect shipping address, it is the buyer’s responsibility to intercept and forward the order to the correct address.
