Toronto Word on the Street Panel!

*UPDATE 09/27*

Thank you so much to everyone who came to support me on the WoTS panel! For anyone who missed the live event, you can check out the day’s events, including my panel with Silvia Moren-Garcia and Tanaz Bhathena, here on WoTS’s YouTube channel:

I have some seriously exciting news, and what I personally consider to be a milestone in my young authorial career:

On Sunday, September 27 at 10:00am, I will be participating in a panel for Toronto’s Word on the Street literary festival with the incredible Siliva Moreno-Garcia (author of Mexican Gothic) and the amazing Tanaz Bhathena (author of Hunted by the Sky).

Our panel, titled Narrative Geographies, is described as follows:

Worldbuilding starts in the world we already live in – hear from Silvia Moreno-Garcia, Tanaz Bhathena, and A. J. Vrana on their new books, and how they weave the places they call home into fantastic backdrops.

If you’d like to attend, you can register for free on Eventbrite:

I am SO excited to have been invited, and I cannot wait to share the virtual stage with these incredible women. Copies of my book will also be sold at WoTS’s partner store, Bakka Phoenix. If you’re in Toronto, please do check them out! They are Toronto’s oldest SFF store and my absolute favourite place to shop for books!

Hope to see you all at WoTS this weekend!
